Journey Through Books (JTB) is a comprehensive, 10-month, integrated approach to promoting early communication, language and literacy development in early care and education programs across Arizona. JTB is built upon effective, evidence-informed curriculum designed to build and sustain targeted language teaching practices and shared-book reading in classrooms for children 0-5 years old.

The program includes:

Individualized coaching for teachers
Professional learning communities entered in for AZ Workforce Registry credit
Director support
Books and materials to support high-quality classroom libraries and reading areas
